"In the mean streets known as the City of Brotherly Love, there is one common rule in the hood. No matter what the circumstances, snitching is forbidden and will result in you becoming marked for death or EX$PENDABLE. Crooked cops and lawless politicians have compromised the Philadelphia police department informant system. Now their actions have created tension, betrayal, and death for the people that they have been sworn to protect. Raffy (Omillio Sparks) was violently assaulted by a rival gang, who feels that he may be close to someone that has betrayed them. After narrowly escaping with his life Raffy advises his brother Salim (Gary Sturgis), who vows payback to the men of the rival gang. Salim and Raffy decide to create a scheme that will not only provide payback to the men, but also make the two brothers a lot of money in the process. Salim constantly warns his wife Brenda (Taral Hicks) that her gossiping may raise suspicions in the hood about her willingness to share information. The two brother's scheme is going according to plan, but they eventually discover that Brenda is the least of their worries. A secret informant list reveals that Raffy's wife Sheena (Sundy Carter) is actually a snitch. Now Raffy must choose between the love for his wife and his loyalty to the streets. "
