Synopsis:

The film follows Philip Seymour Hoffman as a concerned citizen on an uncensored journey through the 2000 Democratic and Republican Conventions with behind-the-scenes footage of activists, politicians and celebrities, spanning the left and right. From well known, vocal activists to regular people on the street, The Party's Over questions the state of our Democracy during the most turbulent, historic Presidential election in United States history.
