A snoozer. The story jumps around so much I'm not sure if I was whirlwinded into a trance or I just fell asleep pondering just when the storyline would emerge!

yet another exposition of intrigue and corruption in high places (although Crawford, Texas is not specifically mentioned), which is certain to bounce off the minds of most who see it like a ping pong ball off an elephant.high quality.

"Oh, the tangled web we weave said the spider to the fly"....And, for me, this is a masterful web that ties together a very multi-dimensional story that all comes together in the last 10 minutes. If you miss anything along the way, the rest is meaningless.Recommended only for those with long attention span.

Blahzee! What was this movie about? The best moment was The End. Clooney seemed like he would rather have been playing basket-ball or boiling lobsters. There was virtually no action, and the plot was broken and confusing for anyone but the writer, but then, the writer seemed pretty confused too.

Great movie. I couldn't understand why so many reviews on other sites claimed it was hard to follow. I found it easier to follow than Stephen Gaghan's other gem; "Traffic".

My download failed, email stated it would jump up on my credit card 6 weeks later. This place really sucks! Make sure you've turned off all and any programs that erase cookies. Otherwise your download is doomed.

Barely got 4 stars. Clooney's performance is very good and believable. Production values are excellent. Syriana attacks the byzantine, complex world of petropolitics: a difficult subject at best. Missed the mark on the suicide bombers, ignored the Isrealis, missed an excellent chance to elucidate on Hezbollah. Still a movie a watch, walk briskly to rent. Don't buy...soon forgotten.

A thoughtful film that tries to show the complexity of which we find in these current social conditions. Great cast and performances.

I for one found the movie to be very thought provoking. In all things of geo-political nature there is great complexity. This movie does a great job of capturing both the human factor and the motivations…
