Synopsis:
In FRENCH with ENGLISH Subtitles.A star powered tale of love and betrayal starring GERARD DEPARDIEU and BARBARA BACH...Nathalie is a young, beautifully radiant girl living in a small village just outside Paris. Unhappy in her relationship, one day she meets Gillles, a Parisian journalist and it is love at first site.The two start a new life together in the city of love but as they settle in, Gilles shows his true self: restless, withdrawn, cynical, and insecure in himself. All of the things Nathalie is not. By the time Gilles has decided to end the relationship, Nathalie has taken matters in her own hands to show her ultimate devotion.

This well-made 1971 French love story held my interest.The young lovers are Marc Porel as Gilles and Claudine Auger as Nathalie.Claudine Auger is radiant and beautiful.Barbara Bach and Geraud Depardieu had smaller parts.
