Synopsis:
Following a fierce typhoon, an enormous egg washes ashore Japan's coast. While officials struggle to identify the oddity, two mysterious women appear to plea for the return of the egg to their island god, Mothra. Meanwhile, Godzilla?reawakened by the storm?emerges on the beach and threatens the monstrous egg. Will the mega-insect, Mothra, be able to defeat Godzilla and save her offspring?
