Critics are letting the air out of the tires of Driven. Jonathan Foreman writes in the New York Post: Even by the standards of auto-racing movies, Driven is embarrassingly bad -- the kind of slapdash exercise that gives even Hollywood formula a bad name, while doing little justice to the sport. Rick Groen in the Toronto Globe and Mail concludes that the film is eminently forgettable, and doomed (driven, even) to park unobtrusively at the dead ends of your local video shelf. Rita Kempley in the Washington Post calls it a drag of a car-crash movie.
