Synopsis:
Academy Award-winners SEAN CONNERY ("Rising Sun," "The Hunt for Red October") and MICHAEL CAINE ("Hannah and Her Sisters," "Little Voice") star in this robust adventure about two British adventurers who take over primitive Kafiristan as "godlike" rulers, meeting a tragic end through their desire for a native girl. A very entertaining and engrossing film.I call it a 'tragi-comedy', and one which packs a wallop.Connery was never better.And if you want to see a riot of 'local color,' you'll find it here!
