London is under the plague of Mad Dog Disease, which has led to the banning of all dogs in Britain. Rabbie Burns, a young man with a history of mental problems, has just been given a clean bill of (mental) health by his psychiatrist, but he has no sooner left the doctor's office and the city is speaking to him. The voices tell him that he has only 36 hours to stop the world leaders' experiments, before forces beyond human control destroy all human life. Rabbie turns to his only friends, the sexy Narendra, a TV reseacher, and Jimmy Joyce, a homeless vagrant. Together they must counteract this evil that's being unleashed!
