Synopsis:
There's a loud unruly guitar-playing virus running loose in Farah's body that needs to be treated. Nilus follows as a shrunken Farah enters her own body and tries to fix things herself. But Farah is hardly a doctor. As the virus multiplies and spreads, a viral rock concert builds in her body making Farah sicker and sicker. Nilus has to help get out of the body before its too late.
