Synopsis:
Chad Udall is a young attorney whose life has been turned upside down when his license to practice law is suspended, and his marriage fails. Unfortunately, his misfortunes are only the beginning when he becomes the only witness to a murder that places Chad in the center of a major conspiracy involving the prestigious accounting firm of Toffler and Vaughn, the auditors for the State Lottery Commission, the FBI, and his best friend.
