I just finished reading the previous review and had to offer my opinion. This movie definately has some violence, no horror (?). I found myself fascinated by the incredible acting performances. The movie itself is Quentin Tarantino's best to date, I have never been a fan of his movies, this one is the exception. Excellent cinematography and script. Sure it bends history but so what? Find me a movie which doesn't. Not for kids for sure, but any adult who doesn't mind reading a few subtitles (very few) should enjoy this. Just close your eyes at the beheadings.

The Inglourious Basterds is undoubtedly one of the worst films I've seen in quite some time.As if history was not horrible enough, this film tries to re-write it with equal violence and horror.No redeeming value.
