I have been watching this film for years! It is a fun movie that will make you laugh and dance - a real time capsule of 1960's pop culture and top 40 radio, and about how the music industry packaged and controlled pop music (nope, the brainwashing didn't start with Radio Disney). Some may find hearing the title song so much too repetitious, but that's the whole point - that's how it was then!Anyone who has EVER played a song over & over & over to get the lyrics down right will LOVE this movie. The songs are catchy, too (Tom Hanks even helped right them - who knew?), so we even have the soundtrack. Now that my kids are getting bigger, they love it, too!Enjoy!

Enjoyable movie - I got caught up in the excitement of it all and liked the hit song as well. But there is a story within the story that makes one *wonder* about the title of the movie also being the title of the most salient song throughout; and that I would say is a function of the consequence of the band's name itself.I think the correlations will all become more clear if you watch the film :).
