Not exactly a laugh riot, however it was entertaining.

Really enjoyed this movie, it is a little dry at times but worth the rental price.

The movie is enjoyable. The humor seemed a little dry at times and I don't really feel like it was the real Dane Cook in the movie. The acting was okay but it seemed like there was a few flaky ones thrown in the cast. Its probably worth it just to see Dax Shepard play the arch nemesis "Vince", he does a pretty good job in that role. Despite a good actor or two I was mildly offended by the obvious racism that was quietly thrown in. For instance Marcello Thedford plays the security guard "Semi". This man was the only black character that had a role in the movie. In this movie they portray him as a "semi-retarded" security guard who doesn't know anything and will do anything for a candy bar. I really don't understand why Marcello would take on this role, it was actually kind of repulsive the way the movie sterotyped. They also portrayed an asian lady that was willing to break the rules and do anything for candy, disgusting. If your sensitive to this kind of stuff then you might get a little hot headed during the movie. There was some crude humor, along the lines of male organs with a certain amount of hairy descriptions with sizes. Of course they can't help but talk about female parts and details about certain activities involving two physical bodies as soon as Jessica Simpson makes her entrance into the movie. So in conclusion I say not appropriate for kids unless you want them to start puking potty words, having a different view of minorities, or treating women as a piece of meat. If you enjoy this stuff then its an okay movie that will give you a few chuckles once in a while.
