Synopsis:
Acey is a beautiful teen is invisible to her alcoholic adopted dad, abandoned by her adoptive mom and plagued by a creepy, mystical condition in which she levitates off her bed while sleeping. Acey sets out to find her birth mother and on her journey she encounters Downbeat, a blues radio disc jockey and a luminous young man named Bob (Jeremy London), with whom she falls in love. She succeeds in finding her biological mother and in a bitter confrontation, discovers the world behind her magical abilities.

Well this is one weird film, very well done. I guess the morale of the story is that despite everything that can happen in ones life it is important to love yourself and this film I believe was her journey of self discovery. Worth watchng and maybe a couple of times to really get to understand what was going on...

Well this is one weird film, very well done.
