this movie was stupid ass hell. Maybe thats the point but its the same old "boo" gag that really just gets under my skin. Also, if you put a half naked blonde in they think it willmake up for the shitty story line and the horrible acting !!!come on Rob Z you can do better than that!

The star is for the cast... not their acting which was at best thin and insincere. This film began with one plot and ended with another - neither was inventive or substantial in any regard. There were no surprises, no twists, and nothing particularly noteable about any particular part of this movie. Even the gore was a kind 2 on a scale of 1-10.

I enjoyed the film. It was a mix of texas chainsaw massacre and natural born killers. Reminds you of the old 70 cults films. If you want to kill some time and watch a film! I would give this a try.

The negatives outweigh the positives in this lightweight attempt to pay homage to the original TCM. The positives are an impressive lineup of old actors from such 70's horror classics as Halloween (PJ Soles), Dawn of the Dead (Ken Foree), and the Hills Have Eyes (that weird ugly dude with the pointy head). You'll also find the guy who played Clint Eastwood's sidekick in those two goofy but funny monkey movies. The negatives are annoying cheap camera tricks like screen splitting, poor acting on the part of Rob Zombie's wife, and an over eager effort to be weird. The movie tries so hard to be shocking an out there that it only succeeds in being gross and dumb.I wouldn't exactly call this a horror film either. It's more of an action flick. At no time did I jump or get weirded out. The secret to a good horror film is to have the audience feel a connection with the victims not the villians. Otherwise, it's not scary. It's just gross and dumb.
