Synopsis:
Blow had carved out an identity by being the middle man. He had the good connections to the best supply in the city, and a trusting relationship with Westside Purple, the local gang lord. He had everything he needed yet he didn't know anything about himself. Other than Joselito, his loyal childhood friend, he had no real connection to his past and no real concept of his future. That is, until one day, Westside Purple's rival, Sluggs, makes a play to take Purple down. Underground President, is the story of Blow's search for his identity against the backdrop of the most vicious gang war that Florida City has ever seen. Intrigue, deception, and a secret that threatens to unravel all Blow ever knew, drive the forces that will decide who will become the next Underground President.
