This is slow, ponderous, deadly dull and so very, very serious. It was, moreover filmed in ugly vision, maybe using obsolete Eastman stock from the '50's.How one could make soo many pretty woman look so immanently undesirable takes a secial talent.Oh, did I mention it was slow.

amazing movie! a must see - but you have to be prepared with subtle sense of humor and sarcastic intelligence; also, wonderful soundtrack and great performances by all women

You got to be in the right mood for this movie...or at least like kind of artsy movies that are very subtle.I found it very powerful but the end did leave me wanting more...some sort of a stronger resolution. But in life...this is sometimes how alot fo things end up, espcially for us deep and sensitive thinkers/livers.Still, a good movie. It's about getting someone out of his rut...but is that someone more a torublemaker? You won't realiz until the end when you put two and two together.

This is one of Bill's artsy fartsy movies-- which is just exactly what I was looking for.
