Synopsis:

A little doll has a big problem. Her pull chord is jammed. All she can say, time and again is "Is it time for tea yet?". As usual everyone tries to help. Professor Teddy's suggestion of ear plugs for everyone causes mayhem. Bob manages to free her pull cord whilst taking her for a ride on his skateboard.
