1. Activate your Moxi device on your CinemaNow account by clicking here.
2. Scroll to the Video On Demand icon to access the CinemaNow menu.
3. Search for movies by Most Popular or New Arrivals. You can also search by title.
4. Select Movies to access all available titles.
5. Select title to rent or buy.
6. Select Play to start watching your movie!

1. What do I need to start using CinemaNow with my Moxi device?
- A Moxi® HD DVR or a Moxi® Mate
- A Broadband Internet connection to your Moxi device
- A CinemaNow account
2. How do I start using CinemaNow on my Moxi device?
- First, you need to activate your Moxi device for use with your CinemaNow account. Follow these simple steps:
  
  1. Make sure you have an active and up-to-date CinemaNow account. Sign up here if you do not have one already.
  
  2. Add your Moxi or Moxi Mate as a device for use with your CinemaNow account. You will get a 5 digit activation number at the end of the device registration process.
  
  3. Go to your Moxi device, navigate to the CinemaNow Settings Screen and enter the 5 digit activation number using your Moxi remote control.
  
  Your Moxi device should now be activated for use with your CinemaNow account. You should perform this activation process for each Moxi device that you own.
3. How do I search for available CinemaNow movies on my Moxi device?
- After you have activated your Moxi with your CinemaNow account, movies available to rent or purchase will show up in the CinemaNow menu under VOD on your Moxi device. You can view all available CinemaNow videos, browse for movies by specific category such as New Releases and Most Popular, or search by title, key word or genre. You can also browse the entire CinemaNow collection in the sharp, full-screen Mosaic viewing format.
4. How do I order movies from CinemaNow on my Moxi device?
- Once you select a movie, you can choose to preview the trailer or rent or buy the movie for playback on your Moxi.
5. How will I get billed?
- You must have an active CinemaNow account with up-to-date billing information to purchase or rent movies. You will be asked to confirm your order before the purchase is made and a confirmation message will be displayed once the purchase is complete. Your order will be billed to the card you have registered on your account. To view your account information, click here
6. How do I watch movies from CinemaNow on my Moxi device?
- After ordering, your movie will be available for viewing in about 2-3 minutes (viewing availability may vary depending on internet connection and home networking speeds).
  Purchased movies will be displayed in your Library. Rented items will be displayed in the main CinemaNow menu.
  To watch, select the movie and choose "agree" to begin playback.
  WARNING: For rented items, the rental period begins immediately upon playback. Once playback begins, you will have 24 hours before the movie is removed from your account.
7. Can I view CinemaNow content on multiple Moxi devices?
- Movies that you rent from CinemaNow can only be viewed on the device from which you initiated the rental and must be viewed within 24 hours once you begin viewing
- Movies you buy from CinemaNow can be watched on any active CinemaNow device that is associated with your account.
8. Are High Definition (HD) programs available from CinemaNow?
- No. High Definition movies are not supported at this time.
9. What do I do if I'm having trouble linking my CinemaNow account to my Moxi device?
- First, check to make sure you are able to sign in to your CinemaNow account and make sure that you have Moxi added as an Active device.
- Go to the CinemaNow settings menu on your Moxi device and verify that the device is listed as Activated.
- If not, you will need to repeate the Moxi CinemaNow activation process again.
