Excellent movie, one of my all time favorites. Has everything you want in a movie. A great story, top notch action, special effects, and a suprise ending. Oh and did I mention the superb acting. You cant go wrong with this pick.

Oldman and Reno are brilliant, and both carry the weightof their characters in a soft, and lovely way, reminicentof an unlikely knight in shining armor who saves the village waife who stole his heart.5 stars!

this one is getting to be a golden oldie. speaking of oldies, oldman does well in it.and if you are not(really) familiar with jean reno, this would be an excellent introduction.there's well done action, including much gunfire, for the guys, sentiment and chivalry for the ladies, and a poetics showdown ending for those so inclined. if this is a cult, movie, i would ascribe that to bad marketing (as in, "professional" what?).it deserves a wider audience.

A crazy nonsense movie. Almost nothing is believable, very bad acting and the story is a total flop.

Intense movie! Well worth your time!,,,I have to mention Gary Oldman. This is one unsung actor who, I believe, deserves an Oscar created just for him! Seen "True Romance"?...Remember the drug dealer? One of the nastiest, crudest and vile characters in ages...That's Gary Oldman! Seen "The Contender"? Do you recall the nerdy, balding, weasely politician who fought, oh so underhandedly, to oust the "contender"?...That's Gary Oldman! I could go on and on. But if you see Gary Oldman's name you can bet the house you're money is well spent on the movie!!
