Synopsis:

There is always a little bit of heaven in a disaster area. And, so it goes with the female lead. Who is the one determined not to get caught up in all the drugs, violence, and, less than ideal clientel who make up this story. The seedier side of Baltimore, if you will, on the seedier side of town.
