Synopsis:

London and Rusty get involved in a mix-up when the packages they are carrying get accidentally swapped. Instead of getting brand new car parts, Tooly gets a box of old junk. Scrap however, gets the new part, but he won't give it back - In fact he wants to eat it for dessert! It's up to the brave little taxis to come up with a plan and go to Scrapland to solve the problem.
