Synopsis:
Rusty the Tow truck wants to become a taxi! London is helping Rusty to get a taxi-sign from Scrapland, but they have to distract Scrap to get it. London tells an 'eensy weensy lie' to distract Scrap just so that they can get the sign; but as the lie gets bigger and bigger the pair get themselves in more and more trouble.
