ff unfurls with an incredibly tedious lentitude, not helped by phillipe's somewhat hysterical performance....finally picks up speed during the last 20 minutes or so.... closing with a classical gotcha last espionage ending....which ending turns upon a significant ethical implication, that has an uncomfortably ambiguous feel....larry feels overcast as the mentally sinuous and musing interlocutor....(viz. "uclray?....I once STUDIED at uclray....etc.")....ciao.
