I wanted to like this movie, but the only good thing about it is that there a lot of pretty horses in it.Most of this inexplicable movie will go by, before you can see the only thing as pretty as the horses, Penelope herself. I kept waiting for this movie to make sense, for it to exhibit some sort of structure. It never happened; it was just another expensive exercise in mediocre story telling. Perhaps the meaning was that life and the art forms we use to unravel its meaning are all meaningless. I am growing so weary of all this high dollar Hollywood crap.
