I was pleased, after downloading "Hero" from CinemaNow, to discover that it is the widescreen version and it is dubbed in English. Ordinarily I would not prefer a film to be dubbed, but the dialog is relatively sparse and not particularly literary, and I think that subtitles would just detract from enjoyment. It is an action film, beautifully choreographed, and focus is on the fights and on the characters' emotions as expressed in their faces, not in their words.
