Synopsis:
Pop singer Fiona Sit and Jaycee Chan (THE TWINS EFFECT II), son of international superstar Jackie Chan, star in this moving melodrama about teen pregnancy and class differences helmed by acclaimed director Derek Yee (ONE NITE IN MONGKOK, LOST IN TIME, and C'EST LA VIE, MON CHERIE). Ka-Fu (Chan), an 18-year-old night school student living in poverty, falls for 16-year-old Yeuk-nam (Sit), a lawyer's daughter. When Yeuk-nam finds out that she's pregnant, the two lovers escape to the countryside, hoping to live independently in their own little utopia. But as expectant, Yeuk-nam's health deteriorates, the young couple must choose to continue their eloping lifestyle or return to their parents to face the consequences. Co-starring ANTHONY WONG (Infernal Affiars, The Untold Story), 2 YOUNG is an engaging honest look at a sensitive social problem that affects teenagers worldwide, with charismatic performances by Chan and Sit in her film debut.
