Synopsis:
MR. VINCENT is an intense examination of Johnny Vincent's life, a struggling songwriter and a high school teacher, who obsesses over the women in his life. After his wife leaves him he meets Lisa, a femme-enfant who has drifted from job to job and from relationship to relationship.Johnny becomes infatuated with Lisa. She becomes his mentor, muse, and lover but their relationship causes doubts and suspicions among family and friends. Who is Lisa and where did she come from? At first, I thought this movie was a piece of crap, but I stuck around and it was an amazing piece on relationships and the ugly side some of can't control: jealousy, possessiveness, obsession, and paranoia. I think school/college psyche classes should be showing this to students. If the beginning wasn't so amateur, this could be a classic!
