Synopsis:
Jigsaw has disappeared. With his new apprentice Amanda (Shawnee Smith), the puppet-master behind the cruel, intricate games that have terrified a community and baffled police has once again eluded capture and vanished. While city detectives scramble to locate him, Doctor Lynn Denlon (Bahar Soomekh) and Jeff (Angus Macfadyen) are unaware that they are about to become the latest pawns on his vicious chessboard.

Me?I hated this movie.It was derivative, insulting, and completely void of suspense.

saw I and II, only.but, did not care for the loss of philosophy in SII; originally jigsaw is dying guy made furious by the casual use of him by physician as a teaching exhibit.inspired by this cavalier attitude toward life, he rigs elaborate traps designed to punish it.by the time SII is reached, jigsaw has been transformed into a mere sadist, his original motivation rather diluted, and the movie itself concentrated on splatter.
