This movie had the look of one of those made for tv movies so popular in the late seventies and eighties, but had the nudity and graphic violence of an R film. Making matters worse, this movie tried to take itself more seriously than just another slasher flick and so you begin questioning the plot a little more than just another slasher flick; however, the writers lacked the brains to pull it off. The result is a film devoid of the intelligence of a Hitchcockian thriller and the camp of a typical horror movie.Although the movie was somewhat entertaining, I would not recommend it for purchase. If you're looking for something similar but better, try MANIAC with Joe Spinnel. Otherwise, enjoy this one as a rental for the Tom Savini effects and boobie scenes.
