Synopsis:

Mr. Moon, a bumbling but loving clown, is center ring for a fun-filled circus. Joined in this magical, musical fantasy by Barnaby the Bandmaster, Fatima the Fortune Teller, Tansy the Tap-Dancing Tiger, Stan the Muscleman and Cosmos the Chimp, Mr. Moon muddles through a series of live-action adventures and stories, focusing on the backstage life of this special circus company. Circus acts with guest stars (such as Blackstone the Magician), circus skills, magic tricks and original songs and musical numbers naturally develop in this setting.
