Synopsis:
Ten years after the end of the dictatorship in Chile, those responsible for the repression have still not been brought to trial. Pedro Matta, a former political prisoner, is one of them. As a private detective during his exile in the United States, he has hunted down torturers running free since his return to Chile. He compiles files, which one day may serve the cause of justice in trials. He's looking for Jose Yevenes and Manuel Rivas: former members of the political police force responsible for torturing people, both of whom are enjoying quiet days in Santiago.

Very interesting factually, although missing some historical data- its sad that war criminals are not able to be prosecuted there.

Very interesting factually, although missing some historical data- its sad that war criminals are not able to be prosecuted there.
