Synopsis:
JACKIE STEWARDT (Bo Brown) is a high-school Kobe Bryant on the path to NBA glory. It won't be long until his moves are noticed by the world. But in the mean-time, he's caught the eye of SHAKES MONTROSE (Billy Drago - Delta Force II) - a filthy, and filthy-rich businessman. Shakes approaches the young player with a business opportunity. Until Jackie hits it big in the pros, Shakes will give the kid a life-style beyond his wildest dreams. And all he has to do, in exchange, is promise to give the businessman a cut when the inevitable endorsements start rolling in. Using money, women, and drugs to keep Jackie's head spinning, Shakes lays the groundwork for Jackie's rise to basketball stardom, and his own piece of the profits. Shakes' plan works smoothly until Jackie's concerned coach, MICKEY HADEN (Joe Lara - Tarzan, Doomsdayer), becomes suspicious of his player's dangerous behavior on and off the court. Shakes is afraid the coach will ruin everything, so he offers to cut Mickey in on the deal, and buy his silence. But Mickey refuses, and instead decides to become Jackie's protector. To Shakes, this means war. He sets his sights on the coach, vowing to make him disappear from Jackie's life. He hits him where it hurts, threatening his beloved friends and family. But despite this, the coach won't abandon the boy. When Shakes realizes Mickey won't give in, he decides to make good on his threats. He guns down Mickey's best friend in cold blood, then brutally rapes and beats Mickey's wife. Mickey snaps, his integrity giving way to a blinding rage. Getting no help from the police, he devises his own plan for revenge.
