Synopsis:
Why are some girls drawn to darkness? Why would girls leave a beautiful mansion to spend the night in an old creepy house?Because girls are just retarded. Their weekend getaway at an uncles estate was perfect until the five cheerleaders decided to spend a night in an old, abandoned farm house. The horrific rumor was that the house's occupants had fled forty years ago when their boy killed his oldest brother, collected his blood in a tin can and then used it to paint his portrait. However, the house was not left empty and the girls must face the evil, twisted villain that the little boy has become.

omg i just cant get over how good ali thurlow was in this movie! she blew me away! i loved her soooooo much and i cant wait for her next movie. she pulled me in the the movie... i felt like i was one of them. she is my favorite actress of all time and i think everyone should watch a brush with death. alli want to say is that ali should have been the main charicter. other than that it was sensational!

I agree this is a dumb movie and it was not based on a true story .I found nothing about the Rue family online .

This has to be the dumbest movie I have every saw..and based on true facts who are they kidding??? pay for this movie I think not I wouldn't have even watched it for free if I had known just how dumb it was..I wouldn't give it a half of a star...

IT WAS ACTUALLY A REALLY GOOD MOVIE. IT ABSOLUTELY JUS HAD ME ON THE EDGE OF MY SEAT I WOULD GIVE IT A 7 1/2 ON MY SCALE
