Synopsis:
First time director, Catherine Jelski poignantly explores a serious problem in today’s society. “Getting your 15 minutes of fame”. Normal people laugh at the idea, but what if that expression is real to you? Even expected? Thus THE YOUNG UNKNOWNS, a painful and uncompromising look at the empty lives being played out in Los Angeles. A modern day version of ‘Less Than Zero’ that allows the audience to witness four youths deterioration while in pursuit of fame and fortune. Difficult to watch, the film features four striking performances that are edgy, original, unflinching and hard to forget.
