Synopsis:
Everyone knows that nasty Scrap wants to make all the taxis work for him, and he comes very close when he hatches a wicked plot to take Pump out of action. Rusty sabotages Pump in his ploy to make the Taxis come to Scrapland for their fuel. But when the Taxis start to accuse each other of sabotage, Rusty feels guilty over his friends arguing and admits to them that he has does something wrong.
