What are the requirements to using CinemaNow on a TiVo DVR?
- Broadband ccnnection.
- A TiVo Series2™, TiVo HD, TiVo HD XL or TiVo Series3™ broadband connected DVR
- The CinemaNow service can only be accessed via TiVo DVR in one of the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska and Washington, D.C.

How can I watch CinemaNow movies on my TiVo DVR?
It's easy. Follow these steps:
- Make sure you meet the requirements.
- Link your TiVo DVR account to your CinemaNow account. Start here.
Two ways to find a movie and watch:
- On your TiVo DVR:
- Start at TiVo Central
- Select Find Programs & Downloads
- Select Download TV, Movies & Web Video
- Select Disney Movies
- Find a movie, order and watch. Once you have selected and downloaded the movie you can find in your Now Playing List.
- On CinemaNow.com
- Start at www.cinemanow.com/tivo/
- Browse, Order and choose a TiVo DVR to send to.
- On your TiVo DVR, Click TiVo Central -> Now Playing list and watch.

Is everything I see on the CinemaNow website available for TiVo DVR?
For now only Disney rental movies can be watched on your TiVo DVR.

Can I watch the video I'm currently downloading, while it is downloading to my TiVo DVR?
Yes. Progressive download is available to all TiVo DVRs. Videos are available for viewing within about 5-15 minutes of ordering. Viewing availability may vary, depending on internet connection and home networking speeds. Simply go to Now Playing, select your video and agree to begin playback.
WARNING: The rental period begins immediately upon playback. Depending on your internet connection and how much of the video has already downloaded, you may experience pauses during progressive download.

How do I find the CinemaNow videos I've downloaded to my TiVo DVR?
Once download is complete, you will find all your purchased videos under the "Now Playing" section, in the "CinemaNow Preview" folder on your TiVo Central.

Can I download videos to TiVo DVRs other than my own?
No. Videos rented at CinemaNow may only be downloaded to TiVo DVRs listed on the linked TiVo/CinemaNow account.

Will I be able to use TiVo DVR features with my CinemaNow videos?
No, you won't be able to use the TiVoToGo or Multi-Room Viewing features with CinemaNow videos.

Are High Definition (HD) programs available for download to my TiVo Series3™, TiVo HD or TiVo HD XL?
No. High Definition videos are not supported at this time.

Do CinemaNow Videos offer Closed Captioning?
No. Closed captioning is not supported at this time.

I'm having trouble linking my TiVo DVR and CinemaNow Accounts. What should I do?
First, check to make sure you are able to log-in to both your TiVo DVR and CinemaNow accounts. Now, try linking again. If you still can't link, go to TiVo's My Account page, select "DVR Preferences" and make sure "Enable Video Downloads" is selected.
